Overdue Invoices / Late Fees
Any invoice older than 30 days and not paid in full will result in legal action being taken,
including liens / collection agencies / court action, to collect the
monies due to the firm. Overdue
invoices will also include a late payment fee of 10% of the original
invoice. This overdue fee will
accumulate and continue to be 10% for every month the invoice is not paid.
