A client contacted Renaissance Restorations regarding a sagging floor problem in an older home.
The floor of the 3rd floor office had sagged due to radiator and roof leaks in the past.  Sections 
of the old flooring were pulled up, and new floor joists were installed.  Additional reinforcement 
lumber was also installed.  A new floor was installed using wide board pine.  

Final work included staining with a custom color and several coats of hi-gloss poly based floor finish.
